The mission of the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation is to achieve equal pay and equal opportunities. To this end, there are 3 types of certification corresponding to 3 degrees of granularity, examining equal pay and equal opportunities on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Ethnicity 

  • Gender

These unique and innovative labels are designed to help companies do what it takes: close the gender and ethnicity pay gap, gain competitive advantage and position themselves as leaders in diversity and inclusion.

Gender & Ethnicity

The EQUAL-SALARY Gender & Ethnicity Certification scrutinizes systemic and intersectional inequalities and discrimination based on ethnicity and gender, to ensure that all employees of the organization are paid fairly for work of equal value and have access to the same opportunities regardless of their gender or ethnicity.

 

Gender

The EQUAL-SALARY Gender Certification scrutinizes systemic inequalities and discrimination to ensure that women and men employed by the organization are paid fairly for work of equal value and have access to the same opportunities regardless of gender.

 

Ethnicity

The EQUAL-SALARY Ethnicity Certification scrutinizes systemic inequalities and discrimination based on ethnic identity, to ensure that all the organization’s employees are paid fairly for work of equal value, and have access to the same opportunities regardless of their ethnicity.
