EPIC MEETING – “EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO REDUCE THE GENDER PAY GAP”

Berlin, February 12, 2020 – Véronique Goy Veenhuys, Founder and CEO of EQUAL-SALARY Foundation contributed to the interactive panel discussion on “Initiatives by the civil society to address structural barriers to achieving equal pay for work of equal value” attended by executives, policymakers, and civil society leaders at the Equal Pay International Coalition conference on ensuring equal pay for work of equal value.

EQUAL-SALARY is a proud member of EPIC since 2018.

Broadly speaking, EPIC organized this event because they recognize that a mix of measures – both legal and promotional, and at different policy levels, including at the level of companies – need to be pursued to effectively reduce the gender pay gap.
