Hans Geene, Leader People and Organisation at PwC Switzerland, said: “The equal-salary label enables companies to distinguish themselves as fair and attractive employers who are fully aware of their responsibility to society.” Véronique Goy Veenhuys, founder and CEO of the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation, added: “As equal-salary’s founder, I welcome and am proud of the partnership with PwC as it reinforces the Foundation’s credibility and ultimately our mission’s impact, which is to achieve equal pay for women and men in Switzerland and around the world.

To date, nearly 20 public and private organisations in Switzerland and internationally have received the EQUAL-SALARY label.
