Launched 10 years ago, EQUAL-SALARY is celebrating the Foundation’s 5th anniversary. One by one – small, large, public or private – EQUAL- SALARY certified companies have trusted us and contributed to the patient « revolution ». To date, we have run more than 30 procedures ; 16 companies have been certified impacting more than 20,000 employees.
Thanks to being the first and only certification that focuses on equal pay for women and men, EQUAL-SALARY is highlighted in the report on the Gender Pay Gap of the European Commission as “Switzerland provides the clearest example of a specific company certificate on the gender pay gap.»
