Lausanne / Geneva, 23 September 2026 – The EQUAL-SALARY Foundation is pleased to announce that Services Industriels de Genève (SIG) has been awarded the Equal Pay and Opportunities, by EQUAL-SALARY certification, a symbol of excellence in equality, covering all SIG employees. Having successfully completed the statistical analysis of its salaries, SIG underwent an independent audit conducted by Forvis Mazars, demonstrating its commitment to equal pay and equal opportunities for women and men.
The Equal Pay and Opportunities, by EQUAL-SALARY certification is valid for three years, during which the company undergoes two monitoring audits. At the end of this three-year period, if the organisation wishes to retain its certification, it must renew the certification process with a new pay analysis and a full on-site audit.
