Vevey / Istanbul, 27 July 2026 – The EQUAL-SALARY Foundation is pleased to announce that Abdi Ibrahim İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has obtained the Equal Pay Certification, by EQUAL-SALARY, a mark of excellence in pay equity for all employees of the company in Türkiye. Abdi Ibrahim successfully passed the EQUAL-SALARY statistical salary analysis, conducted by Forvis Mazars, demonstrating that it provides equal pay to women and men for equal work or work of equal value.
The Equal Pay Certification by EQUAL-SALARY is valid for three years. During this period, after 18 months, the company undergoes a monitoring salary analysis to ensure continued compliance. At the end of the three-year certification cycle, organisations wishing to maintain their certification must complete a new certification process, including a new salary analysis.
