Combining theory and hands-on application, the program covers:
- The EQUAL-SALARY certification framework and audit approach
- Statistical analysis fundamentals to identify and measure gender pay gaps
- The execution of on-site audits (Phase II) in line with ISAE3000 standards
- Assessment of HR policies, governance, and employee perception
- Audit reporting and risk management within a certification context
Through interactive case studies and group work, you will build the practical skills needed to conduct audits with confidence and rigour.
The training concludes with a mandatory exam, validating your knowledge and readiness to act as an EQUAL-SALARY practitioner.
