Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l\u2019analyse statistique de ses salaires, PwC Switzerland s\u2019est soumise \u00e0 l\u2019audit interne confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Mazars et a prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019elle pratiquait l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La certification EQUAL-SALARY est valable 3 ans, durant lesquels l\u2019organisation concern\u00e9e doit se soumettre a\u0300 des audits de surveillance.
