Yet the pay gap between men and women carrying out equal work around the world is around 20% and up to 45% for the top 1% of earners (ILO 2018-2019 Global Wage Report).
EQUAL-SALARY Foundation is a non-for-profit Foundation with the aim to promote equal pay for men and women around the world, and in specific, on certifying companies on equal pay, working together with strategic partners PwC and SGS. Our Founder has decided to move away from the operational leadership of the Foundation and will continue her support as a full Board Member and inspirational speaker for our cause. This opens an opportunity for a CEO to lead the Foundation into the future.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys unstructured roles, is strategic and hands-on operational working. You will have experience working with strategic partners and alliances, are highly communicative and enjoy creating and engaging networks. You are able to engage in C-Suite and government situations, and are comfortable in an international environment. You are a builder and relish the challenge of taking a purpose-filled, small organisation to the large and renowned body it deserves to be.
